保乳术与改良根治术治疗早期乳腺癌疗效对比

摘　　要：目的对比研究在乳腺癌早期采取保乳术治疗和改良根治术治疗的效果差异,给前来就诊的患者提供指导和参考。方法将2010年1月-2013年12月间来我院就诊的140例乳腺癌早期患者随机分成两组,其中实施保乳术治疗患者共60例作为观察组,实施改良根治术患者80例作为对照组。以手术期间出血量、手术时间、术后恢复情况及生活质量影响状况等作为对比项目,记录分析两组患者在手术前后的相关数据。结果经过相同治疗时间后,观察组患者在手术期间的出血量、手术时间均明显少于对照组患者,且观察组术后恢复情况及生活质量情况均明显优于对照组患者,以上对比项目两组结果差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论乳腺癌早期阶段采取保乳术治疗手段,治疗效果优于改良根治术治疗,且生活质量受到的影响小,值得在临床广泛应用。Objective To research in early breast cancer and the effect of modified radical operation treatment difference, provide guidance and reference to come round to see a doctor. Methods A total of 140 cases of early breast cancer patients from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the implementation of a total of 60 patients with perioperative treatment as observation group, patients undergoing modified radical80 cases as control group. To the bleeding during the operation, the time of surgery, postoperative recovery and situation of quality of life impact as a comparison project, record analyzing relevant data of two groups of patients before and after the surgery. Results After the same treatment time, observation group of patients of blood loss during surgery,surgery last time were significantly less than the control group, postoperative recovery and quality of life and observation group were obviously better than the control group, more than clear difference contrast project two sets of results,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion An early stage breast cancer take means of operative treatment, treatment effect is better than that of modified radical treatment, and the quality of life affected small, worth widely in clinical application.
