单纯逆向撕剥治疗翼状胬肉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析单纯逆向撕剥治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法选取无结膜及角膜其他疾病翼状胬肉患者共132例,143眼,年龄41-82岁,原发性翼状胬肉131眼,复发性翼状胬肉12眼,观察6个月-2年。采用单纯逆向撕剥的手术方法切除胬肉组织,观察其术后复发率、术后矫正视力、角膜上皮修复时间及散光度的改变。结果角膜上皮修复时间（4.8±2.75）d,术后9眼复发,复发率6.29%,术后矫正视力较术前明显提高,术后散光度明显减小。结论单纯逆向撕剥治疗翼状胬肉大大降低了其复发率,是治疗翼状胬肉的简单而有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect with simple retrograde rip treatment of pterygium. Methods The patients with pterygium were selected,without conjunctival and cornea diseases.132 patients, 143 eyes, ages 41-82,including 131 eyes of primary pterygium and 12 eyes of recurred pterygium. All patients was treated by simple retrograde rip. Postoperatively epithelial healing time of corneal wound, the recurrent rate, the visual acuity and astigmatism degree were observed. All patients were followed up for 6 months-2 years. Results The epithelial cure time of cornea wound was（4.8±2.75） days. 9 cases recurred and the recurrent rate was 6.29%. The visual acuity was improved.The astigmatism degree was reductive. Conclusion The simple retrograde rip is an effective and safety method on treatment of pterygium. The recurrent rate was decreased.
