曲美布汀奥美拉唑联合六味安消胶囊治疗反流性食管炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨曲美布汀、奥美拉唑联合六味安消胶囊在反流性食管炎患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院诊治的100例反流性食管炎患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,均50例,对照组患者采用西药曲美布汀与奥美拉唑进行常规治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上联合六味安消胶囊进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、不良症状及复发情况等。结果:观察组患者总有效率为96.00%,与对照组患者的84.00%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者的显效率为82.00%,显著高于对照组患者的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率及随访半年的复发率分别为2.00%、12.00%,均分别显著低于对照组患者的16.00%、40.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用曲美布汀、奥美拉唑联合六味安消胶囊治疗反流性食管炎,可有效提高治疗质量,复发率更少、安全性更高,具有较高的应用价值。Objective：To explore the application effect of western medicine combined with Liuweianxiao capsule to treat the patients with reflux esophagitis .Method：100 patients with reflux esophagitis were hospi-talized in our hospital ,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group , each with 50 cases , the patients of control group were given western medicine ： trimebutine and omeprazole in the con-ventional treatment , the observation group was on the basis of western medicine treatment , combined with Liuweianxiao capsule in treatment , the clinical efficacy of patients of two groups after treatment , adverse symptoms and recurrence and so on were compared .Result：The total effective rate of patients of observation group was 96.00%,which was compared with that of control group 84.00%, the difference had no statistical significance （ P〉0.05 ） , but the significant efficiency of observation group was 82.00%, it was significantly higher than that of control group 60.00%,there was statistical significance （ P〈0.05）;The incidences of ad-verse effect and recurrence rate followed up of patients of Observation group were respectively 2.00%,12. 00%,both were significantly lower than those of patients of control group 16.00%,40.00%, the difference both had statistical significance （ P〈0.05） .Conclusion：On the basis of trimebutine treatment , adding Li-uweianxiao capsule to treat the patients with reflux esophagitis , it can effectively improve the quality of treat-ment , recurrence rate is more less , greater security , which has high application value .
