摘 要:目的:探讨血清水通道蛋1(AQP1)在喉癌中的表达及其与喉癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测82例喉癌患者(喉癌组)和30例健康者(对照组)的AQP1的水平,并结合患者的TNM分期(0期、Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期及Ⅳ期)、肿瘤组织学分化程度(高分化、中分化和低分化)、浸润深度(T1、T2、T3、T4期)及淋巴结转(N0、N1及N2)情况进行分析。结果:喉癌血清AQP1水平比健康对照组显著增加(P<0.05);除了浸润深度T1、T2之间无统计学差异(P>0.05),其他不同TNM分期、肿瘤组织学分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转患者的血清AQP1水平两两之间差异均有统计学意义(均为P<0.05);喉癌患者AQP1与TMN分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移具有正相关性(均为P<0.05);与肿瘤组织学分化程度具有负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:喉癌患者血清AQP1水平升高,并且与TMN分期、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及肿瘤组织学分化有关系,有望作为喉癌早期诊断的血清分子标记物。Objective:To explore the expression of serum aquaporins-1( AQP-1) and the relationship with clinicopathological characteristics in patients with laryngeal carcinoma .Method: The levels of serum aquaporins-1 detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)in 89 patients with laryngeal carci-noma ( laryngeal carcinoma group ) and 30 healthy subjects ( control group ) ,and the TNM staging ( stage 0, stageⅠ, stageⅡ, stageⅢand stageⅣ) , the degree of tumor differentiation ( poor differentiated , moderately differentiated and well differentiated ) , infiltrating depth ( T1, T2, T3, T4) and lymph node metastasis ( N0, N1, and N2) were analyzed.Result:The levels of serum AQP-1 in laryngeal carcinoma group were signifi-cantly elevated,compared with healthy control group (P 〈0.05), the levels of serum AQP-1 in any two in TNM Staging tumor differentiation , infiltrating depth and lymph node metastasis were very signifficant differ-ence ( P〈0.05) ,except T1 and T2( P〉0.05) , the levels of serum AQP-1in patients with laryngeal carcino-ma was a positive correlation with TNM staging infiltrating depth or lymph node metastasis ( P 〈0.05) .The levels of serum AQP-1in patients with laryngeal carcinoma was negative correlation with tumor differentiation (P 〈0.05).Conclusion: The levels of serum AQP-1 in patients with laryngeal is increased.There&#39;s rela-tionship between serum AQP-1 and TNM staging , infiltrating depth , tumor differentiation or lymph node me-tastasis, The serum AQP-1 levels is expected to become the new serum tumor markers in early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer .
