摘 要:RV(Rotate Vector)减速器是工业机器人的关键元器件之一,啮合齿形设计是RV传动设计的重要环节。根据RV传动基本几何参数之间的关系及短幅摆线与长幅外摆线的不同齿廓特点,提出相应的参数化设计方法;以Auto CAD软件为平台,采用Auto Lisp语言开发了正/负一齿差、正二齿差、正三齿差等典型少齿差短幅摆线针轮传动及长幅外摆线针轮传动的参数化设计软件,提高了设计效率。RV reducer is one of the key components of industrial robots, and the meshing tooth profile design is an important step in RV transmission design. According to the relationship among the basic geometry parameters of RV transmission and the different tooth profile characteristics of curtate cycloid and prolate epicycloid, the corresponding parametric design method was put forward and the parametric design software of typical RV transmission was developed by AutoLisp language based on AutoCAD software, including curtate cycloid drive with plus or minus one teeth difference, plus two tooth difference, plus three tooth difference and prolate epicycloid drive,which improved the design efficiency.
