摘　　要：在校园规划建设中,美丽校园是按照以人为本、科学规划、可持续发展的理念,把建筑、景观、先进技术等有机结合的完整情感结合体。实现美丽校园规划是一项复杂的系统工程,各级领导的重视与支持,全体师生的密切配合,规划基建部门理顺管理机制。管理人员具有扎实的业务能力是实现美丽校园规划的保证。In the sense of campus planning and construction, beautiful campus is people-oriented scientific planning. It is an organic and emotional combination of architecture, landscape and advanced technology. The implementation of beautiful campus planning is a complex systematic engineering project which needs the attention and support of all the leaders, teachers and students. At the same time, it is urgent to reform the planning departments＇ management mechanism and enhance the project manager＇s business abilities.
