摘　　要：造就一支党和人民满意的高校青年教师队伍,必须深化高校青年教师思想政治教育内容,引导他们具备坚定的理想信念、高尚的师德情操、博大的仁爱之心和牢固的专业发展基础,从而引领青年教师健康成长成才,切实担负起历史所赋予的时代使命。In order to bring up a contingent team of young teachers in colleges and universities who are satisfied by CPC and the masses, we must deepen the ideological and political education content of them and must guide them to have a firm ideal faith, noble virtue and sentiment, a great heart of love and a firm foundation for the professional development, which aims to lead the young teachers to grow healthy and to burden their mission given by the history era earnestly.
