摘　　要：通过对CDIO人才培养理念的分析,结合现代港口物流的发展特点,论述了应用型港口物流管理人才的能力结构和培养目标;以此为基础,构建港口物流管理人才培养的课程体系和实践教学体系,提出与之相适应的教学手段和评价方法,并从师资队伍建设和教材建设等方面进行探讨,以保障应用型港口物流管理人才的培养质量。Based on the analysis of the CDIO talent cultivation concept, and combining the modern port logistics develop- ment characteristics, the applied port logistics management personnel ability structure, training objectives are discussed in this paper, and then, the port logistics management personnel training course system is constructed. In order to ensure the quality of port logistics management talent cultivation, the corresponding teaching methods and evaluation method are pro- posed for teachers＂ construction, teaching materials construction and so on.
