胃癌手术前后胃动素及胃泌素水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的研究胃癌患者行胃癌根治术前后血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)的变化情况。方法选取30例健康志愿者(对照组)和30例限期胃癌根治术患者(胃癌组)为研究对象,采用ELISA法检测两组患者术前、术后第1天、第7天空腹血清GAS和MTL水平。结果胃癌组患者术前血清GAS和MTL水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);胃癌根治术后第1天胃癌患者的血清GAS和MTL水平较术前明显下降(P<0.01),并于术后第7天恢复到术前水平。结论胃癌患者的血清胃泌素和胃动素水平在胃癌根治术后可出现一过性降低,胃癌根治术导致的胃动素及胃泌素水平的改变可能是影响胃癌患者术后胃肠动力下降的因素。Objective To study gastric cancer patients with gastric cancer radical operation changes of serum gastrin, motilin before and after operation. Methods 30 healthy volunteers （control group） and 30 cases of gastric cancer patients who were waiting for operation （ Cancer Group） as the research object, ELISA method was used to detect the patients of gastric cancer group and control group before and after first days, seventh day of stomach serum GAS and serum MTL level. Results In gastric cancer patients, preoperative serum GAS and MTL levels were significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. After first day of gastric cancer patients serum GAS and MTL levels were significantly decreased in radical resection of gastric cancer （P 〈 0. 01 ） , and returned to the preoperative level at the seventh day after operation. Conclusion The serum gastrin and motilin levels in serum of gastric cancer patients has a transient decrease in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer after radical operation of motilin and gastrin levels lead to gastric cancer change may be the factors influence decreased gastrointestinal motility in patients with gastric cancer after operation.
