中药复方石菖蒲制剂治疗癫痫有效性的meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价中药复方石菖蒲制剂治疗癫痫的有效性及安全性。方法计算机检索Central(2012年11月)、Pub Med、OVID、Sciencedirect、CNKI和维普数据库中关于复方石菖蒲制剂治疗癫痫的随机和半随机对照试验,并手工检索相关杂志,追溯相关研究及纳入文献的参考文献。由2位评价者根据纳入和排除标准独立选择文献、提取资料和进行方法学质量评价,然后采用Rev Man 5.17软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入6个RCT及q RCT。Meta分析结果显示,复方石菖蒲制剂在治疗癫痫的有效率、消除脑电图异常方面优于对照组(P<0.05),但治疗期间不良反应报道数据不足。结论现有证据显示,中药复方石菖蒲制剂治疗癫痫是有效的,在有效率方面可能相当或略优于传统抗癫痫西药苯巴比妥、苯妥英钠;并且在消除脑电图异常方面也是有效的;尽管所有研究均未报道有严重不良反应出现,但鉴于数据不足,对于复方石菖蒲制剂安全性目前尚不能给出结论性意见。[Objective] To assess the efficacy and safety of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acorus compound for epilepsy. [Methods] All randomized or quasi-randomized controlled trials （RCTs or quasi-RCTs） of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acorus compound for epilepsy were collected from Central, PubMed, OVID, Sciencedirect, CNKI and VIP data. Two reviewers independently screened the included studies, extracted the data, assessed the quality, and cross-checked then. Then RevMan 5.17 software was used for meta-analysis. [Results] Four RCTs and two qRCTs were included. The results of meta-analyses showed that： compared with the control group, Acorus compound was more effective in control and decreasing frequency of epileptic seizure （P〈0.05）, was superior to control group in eliminating EEG abnormalities, but had no enough data of adverse reactions to evaluate safety. [Conclusion] Current evidence reveals that traditional chinese medicine Acorus compound is effective in control and decrease frequency of epileptic seizure, roughly equivalent to phenobarbital and phenytoin; It＇s effective in eliminating EEG abnormalities, too; No severe adverse reactions were reported or described in all the trails, but because of the lack of related data, it＇s difficult to give a conclusion about the safety of Acorus compounds up to now.
