谈在林业行政执法培训课程建设中应该注意的几个问题

摘　　要：林业行政执法培训课程是林业行政法律培训的核心课程。开展林业行政执法培训是提高行政执法工作人员依法行政能力,建设林业行政执法队伍的重要途径。在课程建设中应注意课程目标、课程内容的设置。设置课程目标时,要结合培训对象的需求,对培训目标进行分解;培训课程的内容应具有全面性、知识性和可操作性,并符合成人的认知规律。同时,还要重视对培训实施管控,及时修订教学大纲、教学内容,并在培训结束时进行培训效果评估。Forestry Administrative Enforcement is the core subject of the forestry administrative law training. Carrying out Forestry Administrative Enforcement is an important way to improve the administrative capability of enforcers and build the whole team. The teaching aim and contents are the focuses in curriculum construction. We should break down the teaching aim based on the trainees＇ demands. The contents should be comprehensive, informative and workable and it also should be in line with the law of adult＇s cognition. Meanwhile, the attention should be attached to supervision on training. Teaching plan and teaching contents should be revised timely and the evaluation on training result should be conducted at the end of the training.
