高职学生自评体型与不良饮食相关行为分析

摘　　要：目的分析高职学生自评体型与不良饮食相关行为的关联,为干预不良饮食相关行为提供循证依据。方法采用整群抽样法选取安徽省3所高职学校大一至大三共4 147名学生作为研究对象,应用＂青少年健康行为调查问卷＂现场调查,运用自评体型和BMI标准2种方法评价研究对象超重肥胖情况。结果高职学生按BMI分组超重/肥胖总检出率为6.3%,男生（13.1%）高于女生（3.3%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=144.28,P〈0.01）。高职学生自我体型评价和BMI评价结果一致性的Kappa值为0.282 5（P〈0.01）。按性别分层后,不良饮食相关行为的Logistic回归模型分析结果显示,按照BMI分组,超重/肥胖仅是男生控制饮食的危险因素（OR=1.61,95%CI=1.01-2.57）。按照自评体型分组,偏胖/很胖是不良减肥行为、暴饮暴食、控制饮食、减肥药/茶、为吃多而自责、偷偷进食6种不良饮食相关行为的危险因素。结论自我体型评价是高职学生不良饮食相关行为的主要影响因素,在女生群体中尤为明显。Objective Based on the description of epidemic characteristics of overweight/obesity among higher vocational college students, the etiological association between body image perception and unhealthy dietary behaviors was analyzed in order to provide evidence for the intervention of unhealthy dietary behavior. Methods Totally 4 147 grade 1 to 3 students from three vocational colleges were recruited by cluster sampling method from Anhui Province and a serf-administered questionnaire was used to collect data. We evaluate the overweight / obesity by self bodily assessment form and BMI standard. Results The prevalence of overweight and obesity was 6.3%, 13.1% for male and 3.3% for female with significant difference. Kappa consistency test results showed significant difference between body image perception and BMI（Kappa= 0.282 5 ,P〈0.01）. After stratified by sex, Logistic regression analysis of unhealthy dietary behaviors showed that overweight/obesity was only the risk factors of diet control for bey （OR= 1.61, 95% CI= 1.01-2.57） in different BMI group. However, in accordance with the self-rating type grouping,fat was the risk factors of 6 kinds of unhealthy dietary behaviors including unhealthy weight control behaviors, gluttony, diet control, using of medicine or tea reducing weight, and secretly eat in the group of assessment bodily form. Conclusion Body image perception is the main factor for unhealthy dietary behaviors among vocational college students, especially in female group.
