中草药千里光抗菌棉针织物的制备研究

摘　　要：分别以75%乙醇水溶液和去离子水作为溶剂,通过浸渍和加热的方法提取中草药千里光抗菌整理液a1、a2,并作为天然抗菌剂用于棉针织物的抗菌整理,对整理后织物进行抗菌效果及耐洗性能测试。结果表明,经抗菌整理液a1、a2整理后的棉针织物B1、B2对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌效果显著;随着洗涤次数的增加,棉针织物B1、B2的抑菌效果呈下降趋势,洗涤30次后对金黄色葡萄球菌仍然保持较好的抑制作用,但棉针织物B1、B2分别洗涤10、20次后,对大肠杆菌失去抑制作用。With deionized 75% ethanol aqueous solution and water as solvents respectively, natural herbal senecio antibacterial finishing liquor a1, a2 were extracted by dipping and heating, and used in antibiotic finishing of cotton knitted fabric, and antibacterial effect and washability were tested. The results show that the antibacterial effect of cotton knitted fabric B1, B2 finished by antibacterial finishing liquor a1, a2 on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is significant; the antibacterial effect of cotton knitted fabric B1, B2 has declining trend with the increasing of washing times, it keeps good inhibitory effect on staphylococcus aureus after 30 times washing, but it has no inhibitory effect on escherichia coli after washing 10 times and 20 times.
