摘  要:目的:了解结构性授权和一般自我效能感及本科护生临床实习满意度的现状,探讨结构性授权和一般自我效能感对本科护生临床实习满意度的影响。方法:采用方便抽样法,选择天津市九所三级甲等教学医院的176名本科护生为调查对象,应用临床学习效能条件问卷、一般自我效能感量表、临床实习满意度问卷进行调查。结果:结构性授权、一般自我效能感及护生临床实习满意度均处于中等水平,三者呈显著正相关(P<0.01),结构性授权对护生临床实习满意度产生直接影响,并且可以通过一般自我效能感对护生临床实习满意度产生间接影响。结论:结构性授权是影响临床实习满意度的主要因素,一般自我效能感在结构性授权与临床实习满意度之间起到中介作用,间接影响临床实习满意度。Objective: To investigate the status of structural empowerment, general self-efficacy and clinical learning satisfaction, and to explore the relationship among them. Methods: The questionnaires of CLEQ, GSES and the questionnaires of clinical learning satisfaction were used to investigate 176 baccalaureate nursing students who were convenience sampled from 9 hospitals in Tianjin. Results: The CLEQ, GSES and clinical learning satisfaction were located at the middle level; There was a significantly correlation among structural empowerment, general self-efficacy and clinical learning satisfaction(P 〈0.01 ); Structural empowerment influenced clinical learning satisfaction directly and indirectly by means of general self-efficacy was the most significant influence. Conclusion: Structural empowerment is one significant factor of clinical learning satisfaction in nursing students during internship, which can be reduced by enhancing positive factors such as clinical learning satisfaction. Nursing educators should take the interventions according to effect factors for improving the quality of education.
