摘　　要："工学结合"教学模式在高职院校应用至今仍然存在各种不同的声音,许多人注意到目前普遍应用在高职院校的所谓"工学交替"培养模式跟我们的初衷相去甚远。面临新的外部环境,旅游和酒店管理专业固有的工学结合模式必须进行完善创新,可喜的是许多旅游学校已经开始着手放开学生的校内半自主经营模式,并从实践教学和育人效果上取得了良好的成效。On the application of work-learning integrated teaching pattern there are still a variety of voices in colleges. More and more people have noticed that the widely used work-learning integrated teaching pattern in vocational colleges is far from our expectation. Facing the new external environment, work-learning integrated teaching pattern for the tourism and hotel management majors must be innovated. The good news is that many tourism schools have set about to permit student of campus semi-autonomous business, and such action has obtained good results.
