摘  要:Y7520W万能螺纹磨床是陕西江汉机床厂七八十年代生产的用于工具车间的各种刀具的螺纹磨削的磨床,该机床头架采用传统的直流调速系统,系统复杂老化故障率高,维修困难,基本处于闲置状态,而且现在主流调速技术大多采用变频调速和伺服调速。基于本机床的头架速度控制要求,作者采用PLC和变频器对Y7520W万能螺纹磨床的进行电气升级改造。以满足一般工具车间的各种刀具的螺纹磨削的需要,给企业节约了成本,取得良好的经济效益。Y7520W universal thread grinder is Shaanxi Jianghan machine factory's production of grinding machine for thread grinding various tools of the workshop in 1970s and 1980s . Its machine head adopts the traditional DC speed regulating system , which is complicated, with high failure rate, and difficult to repair, so basically it's in idle state. Now the mainstream control technology mainly uses frequency conversion speed control and servo control . Based on the headstock speed control requirements , in this paper , PLC and frequency converter are used for Y7520W universal thread grinder's electrical upgrading , to order to meet the needs of various tools general thread grinding tool of the workshop , saving cost for enterprises , and obtain good economic benefits .
