摘　　要：目的构建一套科学、可行的护士长领导力培训课程体系。方法采用Delphi法对27名护理专家进行2轮函询。结果 2轮问卷的有效回收率分别为90%、100%,专家的权威系数为0.889,最终确定6个培训项目共35项培训内容,72个学时和3种授课方式的培训课程体系。结论构建的护士长领导力培训课程体系可作为教材对护士长进行培训。Objective To establish a scientific and feasible system for training head nurses＇ leadership.Methods A total of 27 nursing specialists were enquired by letter for 2 rounds according to the Delphi method.Results The effective questionnaire response rates of the two Delphi rounds were 90％ and 100％ respectively,with the authority Coefficient of experts being 0.889.We eventually determined the training course system of 6 projects,including 35 training contents,72 class hours in 3 teaching methods.Conclusion The training course system constructed can be used to train head nurses in their leadership.
