摘　　要：软式排球作为新兴的体育运动,为高职院校素质教育的发展开辟了一条新的途径,也为高职院校体育教学改革提供了一个新的手段。软式排球设计新颖、趣味性强、适用范围广,有较强的娱乐性和观赏性,深受学生喜爱,能够促进学生的身心发展,树立终身体育意识。As an emerging sport,soft volleyball provides a new way for higher vocational colleges to develop quality education and for the physical education reform of higher vocational colleges. With its novel design,great fun and wide application,it is very entertaining and is a delight to watch,much loved by students. It can promote students＇ physical and psychological development and helps them establish the awareness of lifelong physical education.
