摘  要:职业认同决定了医学专业大学生进入工作岗位后的职业付出,对我国医疗事业的稳定与发展至关重要。本研究对410名医学专业大学生进行了问卷调查,旨在了解医学专业大学生职业认同的现状。调查结果发现:医学专业学生职业认同呈中上水平;医学专业学生的职业认同不存在显著的性别差异、年级差异、经济收入差异;父亲学历对医学生的职业目标、职业成就有显著的影响,母亲学历对医学生的职业探索有一定的影响;医学专业学生的职业认同在不同学业成绩和不同专业满意度上存在显著差异。研究表明,以提升学业成绩和专业人文精神为目的的医学教育是提高医学专业学生职业认同的最主要途径。Professional identity determines their investment when medical students enter the doctors' posts, so it is neces- sary to the stability and development of China's health care. This research was conducted among 410 medical students to understand the professional identity. The research found that the level professional identity of medical students is generally better. There were no significant difference between gender difference, grades difference and income difference. Father's education has a positive effect on medical students' occupation goal, career achievement and mother's education has some effect on students' occupation exploration. Different grades and different professional satisfaction of medical students have significant differences on professional identity. The research shows that medical education that enhances medical students' academic performance and professional spirit is the main way to improve medical students' professional identity.
