南宁市市区部分高中生蠕形螨感染情况及流行因素调查

摘　　要：目的:了解南宁市市区部分高中生蠕形螨感染情况,分析蠕形螨流行因素,为预防南宁市市区高中生蠕形螨感染提供依据。方法:采用透明胶带粘贴法对南宁市市区434名高中生面部蠕形螨进行检查,并通过问卷调查其性别、年龄等基本信息情况。结果:南宁市市区434名高中生平均感染率为16.82%(73/434),男女生感染率分别为13.02%(22/169)、19.25%(51/265);感染螨种大多为单纯毛囊蠕形螨(68.49%),少数为单纯皮脂蠕形螨(17.81%)和混合感染(13.70%)。结论:南宁市市区部分高中生蠕形螨感染较为普遍,感染以毛囊蠕形螨为主,集体住宿等因素可能增加蠕形螨的感染。Objective： To understand demodex infection of vermiform in some high school students in Nanning city, analyze the epidemic factors of demodex, and provide evidence for prevention of human demodex infection among Nanning senior high school students. Methods： A total of 434 high school students in Nan- ning were investigated by sticking scotch taps method. Sex, age and other basic information were recorded by questionnaire. Results： The average infection rate was 16.82% （73/434）, it was 13.02% （22/169） in males, and 19.25% （51/265） in females. Most of the infected species of demodex was simple demodex folliculorum （68.49%）, while for a small number of simple demodex brevis （17.81%） and mixed infection （13.70%）. Conclusion： Demodex infection is common in some high school students in Nanning city. The majority of the infection is caused by demodex folliculorum. Collective accommodation and some other factors may increase the infection of demodex.
