摘　　要：目的:根据临床资料统计分析ABO血型鉴定错误的主要原因。方法:ABO血型采用抗A抗B单克隆抗体血型定型试剂进行鉴定,输血采用交叉配血试验。结果:2003年8月到2013年8月间做过血型鉴定和临床输血的病人中,血型鉴定错误11例,住院病人输血不符3例。结论:正确鉴定血型是临床安全输血的前提,错误的血型鉴定可危及患者生命,造成不可挽回的严重后果。在临床血型鉴定中应做到慎之又慎,以获得ABO血型的准确定型,确保安全输血。Objective： According to the clinical data of statistical analysis of the main reasons ABO blood group i- dentification error. Methods： Using anti A and anti B monoclonal antibody reagent to Identification for ABO blood group, and blood cross matching test for blood transfusion. Results： During the period from 2003 Augus to 2013 August, 11 cases of blood typing errors, hospitalized patient transfusion 3 cases unconformity. Conclusions： The correct identification of blood group is the premise of the safety of clinical blood transfusion ; blood type i, tentifica- tion error can be life - threatening, irreparable serious consequences. In the clinical blood typing shoulo be cau- tious, to obtain accurate setting of ABO blood group, to ensure the safety of blood transfusion.
