摘　　要：目的观察Chemerin因子在缺血性脑卒中患者血清中的表达,并探讨其与C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标的相关性。方法 60例缺血性脑卒中患者根据动脉狭窄程度分为狭窄组及轻度狭窄组各30例,另选取同期健康体检者30例设为对照组,检测3组血清Chemerin因子、CRP等生化指标。结果血清Chemerin、CRP水平、收缩压(SBP)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)在狭窄组、轻度狭窄组及对照组中呈逐步下降趋势,两两比较,组间差异显著(P<0.01)。血清Chemerin水平与CRP、LDL-C、SBP等呈正相关(r=0.796,0.597,0.315,P<0.05)。结论缺血性脑卒中患者血清Chemerin表达上调,且与CRP、LDL-C、SBP等显著正相关。Objective To observe the expression of serum Chemerin in patients with ische mic stroke and its correlation with indicators, such as c-reactive protein. Methods Totally 60 patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy were divided into stenosis group （ n = 30） and mild stenosis group （ n= 30） according to artery stenosis degree. Another 30 patients who did health examination in the same time were selected as control group. Biochemical indicators such as serum Chemerin and C- reaction protein （CRP） were detected. Results There was gradual declines in the levels of serum Chemerin, CRP, systolic pressure （SBP） and low density lipoprotein cholesterin （LDL-C） in three groups and pairwise comparison showed there was a significant difference in these biochemical indica- tors （P 〈0.01）. Serum Chemerin was positively correlated with SBP, LDL-C and SBP （r =0.796, 0. 597, 0. 315, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression level of serum Chemerin is up-regulated in patients with ischemic stroke, and positively correlated with CRP, LDL-C and SBP.
