摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中磷酸化乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(P-ACC)与环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期与病理类型的关系,以及2者的相关性。方法以52例NSCLC患者的肺组织作为NSCLC组,16例因炎性假瘤或其他结核瘤行肺叶切除患者的肺组织标本作为对照组。免疫组化法检测2组肺组织P-ACC、COX-2的表达情况。结果 P-ACC、COX-2在NSCLC和正常肺组织中的阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在NSCLC中,P-ACC的阳性表达与肿瘤大小、TNM分期显著相关(P<0.01);COX-2的阳性表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。P-ACC与COX-2的阳性表达之间呈负相关(r=-3.01,P<0.05)。结论 P-ACC阳性表达降低可激活COX-2阳性表达,促进NSCLC的发生、发展、侵袭及转移。Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of phosphorylated acetyl -CoA carboxylase （P-ACC） and cyclcoxygenase 2 （COX-2） in tissues of patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）, and to explore their relationship with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM stages and pathological type. Methods Lung cancer tissue samples from 52 NSCLC patients served as NSCLC group, whereas normal lung tissues from 16 patients undergoing lobectomy for other reasons were selected as control group. Immunohistochemieal streptavidin peroxidase method was used to detect the expression of P-ACC and COX-2 of both groups. Results The positive ex- pressions of P-ACC and COX-2 in NSCLC group differed significantly from that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. In NSCLC group, the positive expression of P-ACC was significantly associated with tu- mor size and TNM stages （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive expression of COX-2 was significantly associat- ed with lymph node metastasis and TNM stages （P 〈 0.05）. The positive expressions of P-ACC and COX-2 in NSCLC group were significantly and negatively correlated （r = -3.01, P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The positive expression of P-ACC can activate the positive expression of COX-2 and improve the development, progression, invasion and metastasis of NSCLC.
