摘  要:目的观察美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效及对患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。方法选取2012年1月—2013年6月UC活动期患者89例,随机分为美沙拉嗪组46例和柳氮磺吡啶(SASP)组43例。美沙拉嗪组给予美沙拉嗪缓释颗粒口服,SASP组给予SASP片口服。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后Sutherland评分变化、不良反应、治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-8水平变化,以及随访情况。结果美沙拉嗪组总有效率93.48%,SASP组总有效率79.07%,2组差异显著(P<0.05);2组治疗后Sutherland评分均较治疗前显著降低,美沙拉嗪组显著低于SASP组(P<0.01);2组治疗后血清TNF-α、IL-8水平均较治疗前显著降低,组间差异显著(P<0.01)。随访6个月后,美沙拉嗪组Sutherland评分低于SASP组(P<0.01),2组复发率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪治疗UC的疗效优于SASP,且可有效降低患者血清TNF-α、IL-8水平。ABSTRACT: Objective To investigate mesalazine sustained-release granules in treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC) and its influences on serum tumor necrosis factor-α ( TNF-α), and interleukin- 8 (IL-8). Methods A total of 89 patients with active UC were randomly divided into mesalazine group (with oral administration of Mesalazine sustained-release granules, n = 46 ) and sulfasalazine (SASP) group (with oral administration of SASP tablets, n = 43). Sutherland disease active index, adverse reactions, and serum levels of TNF-α and IL-8 were observed before and after treatment. Re- sults Overall response rate was 93.48 % in mesalazine group and 79.07 % in SASP group, with sig- nificant differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Sutherland scores were reduced more significantly in mesalazine group than SASP group (P 〈 0.01 ). Serum levels of TNF-o~, and IL-8 in UC patients were reduced with significant differences between two groups (P 〈0.01 ). After 6 months follow-up, Sutherland index wa.. lower in mesalazine group than in SASP group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Compared with SASP, mesalazine is more effective in treatment of UC, as well as TNF-α and IL-8 reduction.
