摘　　要：如何挖掘定在的文化资源,建设灵动的城市文化,加速城市文化资本的运作,发挥铜文化的最大作用,乃是铜陵"转型升级"的根本性议题。其中,铜文化实现资本化的主要困境,就是对青铜文化的再认识、再生产、再开发。It is the fundamental issues for transformation and upgrading in Tongling that we should mine the cultural resources, con-struct the smart city culture, accelerate the capital operation of city culture, and maximize the role of copper culture;in which to recog-nize, reproduce, redevelop the copper culture are the main difficulties for its capitalization.
