多排螺旋CT周围型肺早期癌的新征象

摘　　要：目的：磨玻璃密度结节在早期肺癌诊断中的临床意义。方法我院2009年～2013年发现的肺内磨玻璃结节病变，有手术或穿刺病理证实为癌前病变或癌的20例，对其影像进行回顾性分析。结果本组20例中，癌前病变5例，腺癌6例，细支气管肺泡癌9例。结论磨玻璃密度是肺早期癌的一种CT表现，纯磨玻璃结节可发展为混合密度直至实质性的软组织肿块，反映了从AAH到早期癌再到进展期癌的发展过程，从不具有侵袭性发展到具有侵袭性的肺癌，呈明显的线性趋势。局限的磨玻璃密度是肺早期癌的一种特征CT表现。Objective To ground glass density nodules in the diagnosis of early lung cancer clinical significance. Methods Our hospital trom 2009 to 2013, found that the lungs of ground glass nodular lesions, with surgery or biopsy pathology confirmed for 20 cases of precancerous lesions or cancer, the images were retrospectively analyzed. Results 20 cases of precancerous lesions in 5 cases, 6 cases of adenocarcinoma, bronchioloalveolar carcinoma and 9 cases. Conclusion ground glass density is one of the early lung cancer CT manifestations, pure glass grinding nodule development as the mixing density until substantial mass lesion, reflected from AAH to early carcinoma to the development of the advanced cancer, never have aggressive development to have aggressive of lung cancer, the obvious linear trend. Limitations of ground glass density is a feature of early lung cancer CT performance.
