摘　　要：本文主要阐述了机械工程及自动化专业"3+1"模式在生产实习的应用,并结合CDIO理念,提出了多样化的生产实习新思路,以培养卓越工程师为宗旨,以工程技术为主线,推进生产实习教学改革,"全程设计,平台支撑",构建适合机械工程人才培养新模式。The application of 3＋1 teaching mode in the pro-duction practice of mechanical engineering and automation spe-cialty is introduced, and a novel CDIO-based multiform produc-tion practice is presented. Aiming to the training of outstanding engineers, the teaching reform of production practice, and the promotion of the engineering technology, a new training mode, combining withfull designing, platform supportingidea, is de-veloped.
