常州科教城高等职业教育资源整合发展对策研究

摘　　要：高等职业教育是培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技术技能人才的教育,对加快推进社会主义现代化建设进程具有不可替代的作用。文章从高等职业教育整合的意义出发,结合常州科教城高职院校基本现状,阐述高等职业教育资源的利用情况,探索资源的配置对策,以提高常州科教城高职教育资源的利用率,提高常州高职的教学质量和办学成效。Higher vocational education is to cultivate the highly skilled personnel needed in the field of production, construction, service and management. It plays an irreplaceable role in accel-erating the socialist modernization. This article begins from the significance of the integration of higher vocational education, combines the basic status of higher vocational colleges in Changzhou Science and Education Town, describes the utilization of higher vocational education resources, explores the configura-tion countermeasure of resources, and improves the utilization of the higher vocational education resources in Changzhou Science and Education Town, and thus improves the teaching quality and effectiveness of Changzhou vocational colleges.
