摘　　要：本文对大学生就业从系统论角度进行思考,提出了大学生就业系统的概念。大学生就业制度是一个开放的系统,主要由政府、市场、高校以及学生四个元素组成,阐述了建设原则和运行机制等问题。This paper ponders university students# employment from the perspective of system theory, and proposes the concept of university students# employment system, which is an open sys-tem consisting of four elements including government, market, u-niversity and student. It also elaborates the construction princi-ples and working mechanisms.
