摘　　要：目的:总结采取综合序列治疗502例先天性唇腭裂患者手术前后临床护理经验,旨在进一步提高护理质量。方法:对502例先天性唇腭裂患者行手术整复,并给予手术前后临床护理程序,包括健康宣教、心理护理、术前护理、术后护理、出院指导等。结果:本组患者临床效果均满意,414例患者唇部创口一期愈合,外貌明显改善,11例腭裂术后发生腭瘘或复裂,其余患者创口愈合良好,语音明显改善。结论:规范的手术前后临床护理程序有助于唇腭裂患者整复手术的成功。Objective：To summarize the clinical nursing experience in the comprehensive and sequential treatment of 502 patients with congenital cleft lip and cleft palate before and after operation so as to further improve the quality of nursing care. Methods ： The clinical nursing procedures were carried out before and after the surgical treatment of 502 patients, including health education, psychological nurs- ing, preoperative nursing, postoperative care and discharge guidance. Results ： The clinical effect was satisfactory. The wound healing by first intention was in 414 cases and the appearance was improved obviously ;palatal fistula and relapse occurred in 11 cases ;the wound healed well in the other patients and their speech improved evidently. Conclusion ： Implementation of the standardized clinical nursing program be- fore and after surgery is conducive to the success of cleft lip and palate surgery.
