摘 要:专利信息集技术性、法律性与经济性于一体,记载着技术发展的动态和专利的活动态势,是推动科技进步和经济发展的重要杠杆。分析全球油气领域的专利态势,对于促进石油企业科技进步、提升竞争实力具有重要的战略意义。以近年全球油气领域的专利申请数据为依据,分析了历年的变化、国家产出状况以及国际石油公司、工程技术服务公司的专利格局。分析认为,近10年全球油气领域专利申请量增长明显;炼油、油气开采和钻井是全球油气专利申请的重点领域;中国石油和中国石化首次专利申请数量位在全球前列;国际石油公司、工程技术服务公司十分注重专利的全球布局等。Patent information is an integration of technology, law and economy, recording dynamic technological development and patent activities. It is an important lever to propel technological and economic development. Analysis of the patent trend of the world oil and gas sector is of important strategic significance to promote technological development of oil enterprises and improve their competitiveness. Based on the application data of patents in the global oil and gas sector in recent years, this paper analyzes the annual changes in the past, the patents approved in various countries as well as the patents of international oil companies and engineering and technological service companies. The analysis indicates that the quantity of applications for patents in the global oil and gas sector was obviously on the rise in the recent decade with the applications concentrated in the areas of oil refining, oil and gas production, and drilling business. CNPC and Sinopec rank themselves on the forefront of the world for their application numbers of patents for the first time. International oil companies and engineering and technological service companies have attached great importance to global distribution of patents.
