摘　　要：以确保公共实验平台(PLP)安全运行为目的,探析高等院校公共实验平台在假期期间安全管理问题。分析当前假期PLP的安全管理现状、特点以及遭遇的困难,借鉴国外知名实验室的先进经验,结合自身单位安全管理工作的具体实践,改革和强化实验室安全管理体制、机制,推出一系列实验室假期安全管理的新措施、新办法,对强化高校PLP假期安全管理提出了对策:1、加强PLP管理的硬件建设,包括基础设施、安防消防系统、仪器管理系统等;2、提升PLP管理的软件水平,包括健全管理体制、完善仪器管理制度、改善培训方法、加强安全教育以及提升管理人员自身素质等。Aim to ensure public laboratory platform （PLP） working safely, discuss the problem of colleges and universities PLP holiday management. Here analyzed the situation, character and difficulties in PLP holiday management. And also the successful experiences of well-known laboratory in the world and own PLP are referred. And then try to improve and reform the laboratory management system. Some new methods and steps are proposed, and the solution for PLP holiday management is also suggested： 1. improving PLP management hardware, including basic facilities, security and safety system, equipment controlling system and etc. ; 2. enhancing PLP management software, including staff and equipment managing rules, training （operation and safety）, ability of administrators and etc.
