摘　　要：在高等教育日益国际化的前提下,中外合作办学有了长足的发展。由于每所高校的实际情况各不相同,在中外合作办学的过程中,选择适合自己学校的办学模式成为项目成功与否的关键。本文就目前我国高校的中外合作办学现状进行了探究,并提出了创新性的办学模式,同时就合作办学过程中产生的实际问题提出了切实可行的解决方案。With the internationalization of education,Sino foreign cooperative education has greatly improved.Since the actual situation of every university are different,in the course of the cooperation,to choose their own school running mode becomes the key to the success of the project.This paper gives a deep research and puts forward the innovation of school running mode in our present Sino foreign cooperative education situation,proposed the practical and feasible solution to the actual problems produces in the course.
