摘　　要：随着网络信息技术的发展,新媒体作为一种新兴事物发展起来,其所具有的交互性与即时性、自主选择与过滤性等多种特性,迎合了成人教育的需求,对成人教育的整合运用产生了深远的影响。新媒体在成人教育中的整合运用,能够更好地填补成人教育的信息"知沟",开展成人媒介素养教育,丰富成人教育的教学手段。因此,应积极整合利用新媒体资源,具体可以从成人教学和成人学习两方面落实,充分发挥新媒体对成人教育的促进作用。With the development of information technology, new media as a new thing developed, having interactivity and immediacy, self- selection and filter cater to the needs of adult education. So , integrating the use ing of characteristics and so on. The features new media for adult education has a profound significance. New media in the integration of the use of adult education can better fill the information adult education ＂knowledge gap＂, develop adult media. Therefore, we should actively integrate the use of new media resources to play the important role of the new media. We can implement it though adult education and adult learning.
