摘　　要：针对实战化条件下士官学员信息素质培养的问题,梳理了"信息技术应用基础"课程改革实际情况。简要分析了课程建设面临的形势,重点阐述了课程改革的基本原则、具体内容,初步总结了课程改革产生的效益,并提出了课程建设需要进一步关注的问题。Aiming at cultivating the information quality of the non-commission officer college students,we summarize the practical steps in the reform of Basic of Information Technology Application course.First,we briefly analyze the challenges in course construction,explain the basic principles and details of curriculum reform,summarize the initial benefits,and then present some issues needed to pay close attention to during the course of reform.
