摘　　要：工资管理是企业管理中非常重要的一环。目前部分企业还在使用人工计算进行工资管理,存在周期长、不精确的问题。为改善这一问题,以Visual Foxpro6.0(企业版)软件系统为开发平台,以哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司为研究对象,进行了工资管理项目计算机辅助系统的设计。本系统的设计可以对工资进行调整、计算、输入的编制并进行输出打印,极大地提高了人事处员工的工作效率,节省了工作时间,同时还可以减少人为误差,提高准确率。也对编制系统化的企业管理系统具有一定的借鉴作用。实际使用表明,用本设计系统计算得到的工资与实际情况相符,且比原来手工编制周期有显著缩短,说明该系统具有一定的可靠性、可行性和高效性,适用于大中型企业的一些管理。Wage payment management is an important part in enterprise management. Manual wage payment man？agement has disadvantages of long period and inaccuracy. To improve this problem, taking an example from Harbin electric machinery works, CAS （ computer aided system） design is made by utilizing Visual Foxpro6.0 （ enterprise version） . The software system has the functions of wage adjustment, calculation, input, compile, output and print, which greatly improves the working efficiency, saves working time, reduces artificial error and increases the accura？cy. Meanwhile, it could provide an idea for programming enterprise management systems. According to the practical application, there is good agreement between the result calculated by this system and the actual wage. Its working time is reduced greatly compared with manual time. It shows that the system is reliable, feasible, highly efficient and applicable for some management systems of large and medium？sized enterprises.
