摘　　要：医院的人事部门看似影响力不大,但却起着承上启下的作用,于是在社会新形势之下,也对医院的人事部门的执行力提出了更新更高的要求。本研究则对如何提升医院人事部门的执行能力一事做出了简要的分析探讨。The personnel department of the hospital seems to influence is not big, but the essential role, and in the society under the new situation, and also the personnel department of the hospital implementation put forward higher requirements.This article is about how to enhance the capacity of the implementation of hospital personnel department has made the brief analysis.
