常规治疗与三维适形放射治疗在宫颈癌中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究常规治疗与三维适形放射治疗在宫颈癌中的临床疗效对比。方法2011年8月—2013年8月在该院接受治疗的98例宫颈癌患者,随机将其均分为对照组和观察组,使其分别接受常规放射治疗与三维适形放射治疗,观察二组患者治疗期间并发症发生率、远期并发症情况。结果观察组与对照组总有效率分别为95.92%(47/49)和77.55%(38/49),治疗后观察组患者总体生存质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05);远期并发症比较:观察组(26.53%)的直肠反应较对照组(48.98%)低(P<0.05),而二组皮肤损伤、骨髓抑制、膀胱反应的发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与常规治疗方法相比,三维适形放射方法在治疗宫颈癌的过程中局控率与生存率更好,操作步骤简单,为宫颈癌患者提供了一种新的治疗方式。Objective To explore the clinical effect of conventional therapy and three dimensional conformal radiotherapy in cervical carcinoma .Methods Totally 104 cases of cervical cancer were inhospital from Au‐gust 2011 to August 2013 in author＇s hospital ,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group who respectively received conventional radiotherapy and three -dimensional conformal radiotherapy . The complications during treatment and of long -term complications were observed .Results The total ef‐fective rate was 95 .92% （47/49） and 77 .55% （38/49） respectively in the treatment group and the control group after treatment ,the QOL of patients was significantly better in the treatment group than the control group （P〈0 .05） .At long -term complications ,rectal reaction of the treatment group was 26 .53% ,low‐er than the control group （48 .98% ） ,the difference between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈 0 .05） ,but skin damage ,bone marrow suppression ,bladder reaction rate of patients in the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0 .05） .Conclusions Three dimensional conformal radiation thera‐py for cervical cancer is a new alternative way with precise and simple .The local control rate and survival rate are better than those of conventional radiotherapy ,while reducing the incidence and severity of rectal reaction .
