摘　　要：在儿科临床教学管理过程中,通过不断改进管理方法和总结教学经验,健全各种管理制度并实施各种奖惩措施,引入新的教学方法,有效地激发了学生的学习热情,促进了积极性和主动性,提高了学生的儿科临床思维、实际操作能力和解决临床问题的能力,同时带教教师的教学水平也得到了提高,取得了良好的教学效果。In pediatric clinical teaching management process,through the continuous improvement of management methods and summarize the teaching experience,perfect the management system and the implementation of a variety of reward and punishment measures,the introduction of new teaching methods,change the traditional teaching methods.To effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of students learning,promote the enthusiasm and initiative improve the clinical thinking,pediatric students!The actual operation ability and clinical problem-solving ability,at the same time teachers teaching level has been improved,and achieved good teaching effect.
