摘 要:分析了矿用调速器存在的安全问题,阐述了瓦斯检测和绝缘检测的原理,并给出了瓦斯信号的采样电路、绝缘阻值的CAN通信传送方式和系统的软件设计,为矿用调速器输入端设计了一套安全保护系统,通过控制接触器通断来实现矿用调速器主电路供断电控制。实验结果表明,设计的安全保护系统可以实现当达到瓦斯浓度或绝缘阻值危险范围时矿用调速器主电路立即断电,恢复正常后及时送电的功能。The security problems of the mine speed regulator is analyzed. The principle of gas detection and insulation testing is elaborated. The sampling circuit of gas signal, CAN communication transmission of the insulation resistance and software process of the system are given. A set of input security system of mine speed regulator is designed. The control of the main circuit for the power of the mine speed regulator is achieved by controlling the electric contactor on-off. The experimental results show that the design of security system realizes functions that the main circuit of the mine speed regulator is loss of power supply when the gas concentrations or the insulation resistance reachs the dangerous range and it gets the power supply timely after it backs to normal.
