摘　　要：介绍了一种搬运工件机械手的工作过程,并给出了其硬件和电路设计,采用电机和液压作为驱动,编制了液压系统原理图,分析其PLC控制原理,以及对PLC状态转移图和梯形图程序进行了编制。Describes the proces of a kind of transport mechanical arm, and gives the hardware and c ircuit design ,using motor and hydraulic to drive the machine,writes the schematics of the hydraulic system ,analyses it＇s PLC control principle, and compiles the PLC state shift diagram and the ladder chart.
