摘  要:针对掘进机内喷雾系统存在的此类不足,提出了一种新型的结构优化方法。设计从内喷雾系统工作原理入手,提出了一种可拆卸式的喷嘴结构,并设置有煤岩杂质收集槽,设计方案克服了现有喷雾系统管路及管嘴存在的不足。设计方法结构简单、加工方便,可以应用于工业生产。The study aimed at such deficiencies of roadheader internal spraying system and a new method of structural optimization was put forward. The design was started with the working principle of the internal spraying system, and a removable type nozzle structure was put forward. Moreover, coal and rock powder collecting tank was equipped in the system. The design overcame the deficiencies of interua! spraying system pipeline and nozzle and this method is provided with simple construction and convenient processing which can be applied to industrial production.
