摘  要:以白灵6号为供试菌株,通过对各处理的菌落直径、菌丝生长速率和菌丝生长指数进行比较,探讨7种氮源对白灵菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,白灵菇有较广的氮源适应性,菌丝长势、菌丝生长速率、菌丝生长指数均表现为添加有机氮源的培养基优于添加无机氮源的培养基;且有机氮源以添加蛋白胨的培养基菌丝生长情况最好,菌丝浓密、颜色浓白、生长指数达19.82,是实际生产中氮源的最优选择。In this experiment, Pleurotus nebrodensis 6 as the tested materials, we compared the colony diameter, mycelia growth rate and mycelia growth index among the various processing, to study the effects of seven nitrogen sources on the mycelia growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis. The results showed that Pleurotus nebrodensis had a wide adaptability of nitrogen sources, mycelia growth, growth rate, growth index all showed that medium added organic nitrogen source was better than adding inorganic nitrogen source, and the best medium mycelia of organic nitrogen source was the added peptone's medium, and the mycelia thick, dense, color white, and the highest growth index was 19.82, which was the best choice for the actual production of nitrogen source.
