摘　　要：设计了一种高效率的立式马铃薯去皮机。该去皮机主要包括外筒体、第一和第二两层可升降内筒体、波浪形圆盘、驱动装置、喷淋装置、加料和卸料装置等。该机结构紧凑、制造容易、工作可靠,马铃薯去皮均匀、清洁度好、剥离损失小于3%,生产效率高,是一种较理想的农产品加工设备。The structure includes outer cylinder, the lifting first and second two layers inner cylinder, wavy disc, drive means, sprinklers, feeding and discharging devices. The machine has compact structure and is easy to manufacture, it is reliable, could peel the potatoes evenly, has good cleanliness, and high production efficiency. Its potato peel loss is within 3%.
