摘 要:为提高拖拉机托架设计精确性,在汲取其他车辆动力学模型基础上分析了拖拉机托架在典型路况下承受的载荷,建立了前托架动力学模型。基于Pro/E建立了拖拉机托架三维模型,在Hypermesh中建立了托架有限元模型,并导入Abaqus进行了动态特性分析。通过试验验证了动力学模型的准确性,结合动态分析结果,分析了颠簸路面倾覆力矩和路面载荷对托架动态特性的影响,结果表明在典型路况下路面载荷是导致托架损伤的主要因素。To improve the accuracy of the tractor bracket design, the tractor bracket's load was analyzed under typical road conditions on the basis of studying other vehicle dynamics models, and the front bracket dynamics model was established. The three dimensional model was set up based on the Pro/E. The finite-dement model was established in Hypermesh, arm the dynamic characteristic analysis was made in Abaqus. The accuracy of the dynamic model was verified by experiment. The impacts from the bumpy road's overturning moment and pavement loading on the dynamic characteristic of bracket were analyzed combining with dynamic analysis. The results showed the pavement loading is the main factor to cause the damage of the bracket in typical road.
