摘 要:在进行某小型纯电动车改造为增程式混合动力车辆时,发现原有的悬架系统性能较差,前轮磨损严重,且车辆的稳定性下降。以多体动力学理论为基础,基于ADAMS/Car软件建立了该车辆的前悬架的虚拟样机模型。车轮同向激振仿真结果表明,原有悬架的车轮前束角和主销后倾角的变化不够合理。通过对悬架结构硬点参数的优化,减小了前束角的变化范围且合理设计了主销后倾角,使车辆能够满足对行驶稳定性的要求。In the program of changing a small pure electric vehicle to the increased hybrid vehicle, the original suspension system was found to be poor in performance, the front wheel wears heavily, and the stability of the vehicle is declining. Based on the muhi-body dynamics theory, the virtual prototype model of the vehicle's front suspension was established by ADAMS/Car software. The higher vibration simulation result shows that the changes of the original suspension wheel toe angle and the kingpin easter angle are not reasonable. Through the optimization of the hard point of suspension structure parame- ters, the scope of toe angle changing was reduced and the reasonable design of the kingpin easter angle was made, which can satisfy the requirements of the stability of vehicle driving.
