摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶/静电纺丝法制备了PVP/[Sr(NO3)2+Al(NO3)3+ Eu(NO3)3+ Dy(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维,讨论了硝酸盐含量对纺丝液性能及可纺性的影响;复合纳米纤维经1 100℃弱还原气氛煅烧4h后获得SrAl2O4∶Eu2+,Dy3+发光纳米短纤维,利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR及荧光分光光度计等方法对发光纳米短纤维进行了表征,结果表明,所得样品为SrAl2O4纯相,属单斜晶系,直径约为200 nm,尺寸均一;样品的激发光谱范围为250~450 nm,可日光或荧光激发,该样品在365 nm波长光激发下发射出Eu2+特征的510 nm绿色光,与微米级的粗晶粉体相比,其发射峰位置出现了蓝移,初始余辉强度为1.72 cd/m2.PVP/[Sr (NO3) 2 + Al (NO3) 3 + Eu (NO3) 3 + Dy (NO3) 3] composite nanofibers were prepared by sol-gel and electrospinning technique.The influence of nitrate content on the performance and spinnability of spinning solution was discussed.SrAl2O4 ∶ Eu2 +,Dy3 + luminescent nanometer short fibers were synthesized by calcination under a reducing atmosphere at 1 100 ℃.The luminescent nanofiber samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and fluorescence spectrophotometry,respectively.The experimental results showed that the samples possess SrAl2O4 pure phase and monoclinic crystal structure,the diameter of nanofibers is about 200 nm and the size is uniformly distributed.The excitation spectra of samples takes on a continuous broad band nearly from 250 to 450 nm.The samples emit green fluorescence of 510 nm in wavelength of Eu2+ ion characteristic emission under the excitation of 365 nm in wavelength of ultraviolet ray.The position of emission peak exhibit blue shift in some degree compared with that of bulk SrAl2O4∶ Eu2+,Dy3+.The initial luminescent intensity is 1.72 cd/m2.
