摘 要:知识粘性的存在阻碍企业研发团队内部知识转移,抑制企业发展新的核心竞争力。本文提出团队内部形成知识粘性的核心原因是粘滞知识的普遍存在,同时还受到知识转移过程中知识发送者特征、知识接收者特征、知识转移双方的关系、知识转移环境、知识转移渠道等因素的影响;并指出通过知识编码、建立知识数据库等管理对策,可以有效降低知识的粘性、促进知识的转移。The existence of knowledge stickiness hinders knowledge transfer within enterprise research and development team, and inhibits the formation of enterprise core competitiveness. This paper puts forward that the universal existence of sticky knowledge is the core reason for the formation of knowledge stickiness, which is also affected by knowledge senders' and receivers' characteristics, relationship between both sides of knowledge transfer, as well as the channels and environment of knowledge transfer; it is also pointed out that management countermeasures, such as coding knowledge, establishing knowledge database, can effectively lower the level of knowledge stickiness and promote the efficiency of knowledge transfer.
