摘  要:目的 探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌(IDC)中HuR和HIF-1α蛋白的表达及意义。方法 采用免疫组化(PV-8000二步法)检测52例乳腺IDC组织标本和15例正常对照乳腺组织标本中HuR、HIF-1α蛋白的表达情况。结果 HuR和HIF-1α蛋白在乳腺IDC组织中阳性表达率均明显高于正常对照乳腺组织(均P<0.01);两者表达均与乳腺IDC的临床分期和组织学分级有关(均P<0.05),而与年龄、肿瘤大小无关(均P>0.05);HIF-1α蛋白在有、无淋巴结转移组中表达有统计学差异(P<0.05),而HuR蛋白表达无统计学差异(P>0.05);HuR和HIF-1α蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 乳腺IDC中HuR和HIF-1α蛋白表达均增高,并与临床分期和组织学分级相关。Objective To investigate the expression of HuR and HIF-1α proteins in infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast (IDC) and its clinical significance. Methods The expressions of HuR and HIF-1α in 52 cases of IDC and 15 samples of normal breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemical(PV-8000 method). Results The expressions of HuR and HIF-1α proteins in IDC tissues were both significantly higher than those in normal breast tissue (both P〈0.05). The expressions of HuR and HIF-1α proteins in IDC tissues were correlated with the clinical stage and histological grade (both P〈0.05); while not correlated with age and tumor size (both P 〉0.05). The lymph node metastasis was correlated with HIF-1α expression (P〈0.05), but not with HuR expression (P 〉0.05). HuR expression was positively correlated with HIF-1α expression in IDC (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of HuR and HIF-1α proteins are increased in IDC, and the expression is correlated with clinical stage and histo- logical grade of the cancer.
