摘　　要：专业阅读作为提高馆员素质的重要途径,可增强馆员的职业认同感,为馆员科研奠定基础,补其业务培训的不足。此项工作在一些高校图书馆已经得到重视,但整体上仍处于盲目自发状态。如何促进专业阅读?文章以分析高校图书馆专业阅读现状为基础,就此作出探讨。As an important way to the enhancement of librarians＇ quality, professional reading has recently been drawing great attention. The professional reading can not only raise the professional identification of librarians, help the librarians to make a solid foundation, but also can make some compensations for their professional training. The professional reading still remains at a blind and spontaneous state at large. Based on the analysis of the present situation, the authors hold that the following measures can be taken to promote the professional reading, such as participating in reading training, optimizing the use of vacations, buying more books and carrying out academic exchanges through library journals.
